Consultation

Our consultations are normally 15 minutes in duration however, if circumstances differ, we are happy to spend much more time with you and your pet to explain the different options available or to talk you through any test results that are available.

Any consultation will involve taking a detailed history from you regarding your pet’s problem and a thorough clinical examination of your pet. We will then be able to tell you possible causes of your pet’s symptoms and suggest any further diagnostic examinations that may be necessary to confirm our diagnosis or rule out other potential causes.

In some cases we will be able to prescribe and dispense medication immediately to resolve your pet’s symptoms. However, at other times hospitalisation and further testing will be required.
